Company Roots

Affinity Skateboards started as an idea, just as every company does. Jordan Erwin and Kyle Decot began planning to start a company back in late 2004 while still in high school. Both Jordan and Kyle wanted to create a company because of their passion for skateboarding. After many months of saving and planning, on December 25th 2005 Affinity Skateboards Limited was born.

The name Affinity, which means a natural liking to something was chosen to reflect their passion for the sport.
